Traditional stock images

Traditional or Commercial stock images are settings that are posed or arranged, and often re-arranged in Photoshop.  I on the other hand shot "real life" scenes, nothing posed or plastic. Of course 99% of my photos are of outdoor events and scenes, which makes it nearly impossible for me to have any control over the the elements. 

Perhaps a niche market, but my photos are of real, natural and un-manipulated scenes.  I do make minor color adjustments, but nothing is changed, removed or added.  While some enjoy spending hours in front of their computer screen manipulating their pictures, I on the other hand prefer to be outside shooting photos.

Had  great weekend shooting photos at the Canadian Grand Prix and Formula One cars at the circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal.

Image manipulation

My photos are processed from RAW files, but none of my image are manipulated in Photoshop. I cover a lot of outdoor events and not always under the best lighting conditions  I do use Canon Digital Photo Professional and DxO Optics Pro for minor brightness and contrast adjustments. My photos are original digital captures of real life scenes, nothing added or removed.
